By using this service, you agree to the following terms.
1. Account and Subscription
- 1.1 Registration: You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date registration information and keep your account password secure. You are fully responsible for all actions taken under your account. Please notify us immediately if you discover any unauthorized use of your account.
- 1.2 Subscription Plans: ScoreLive offers various paid subscription plans. The fees and service content for all plans will be clearly stated on the service platform or on the subscription page of the application.
- 1.3 Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew according to the policy of the subscription platform you chose (e.g., App Store or Google Play) at the time of purchase. The subscription platform will send renewal reminders, and we will comply with the relevant regulations published by that platform.
- 1.4 Cancellation and Refunds:
- Cancellation: You may manage and cancel your subscription at any time through the subscription platform. You will still have access to the service for the remainder of the paid period after cancellation.
- Refunds: All refund requests will be processed in accordance with the policies of the subscription platform you used for the purchase, and our Company will not interfere with the refund decision.
2. User Conduct
- You are prohibited from posting or transmitting illegal, defamatory, obscene, or infringing content.
- You are prohibited from unauthorized copying, adapting, or distributing service content.
- You are prohibited from attempting unauthorized access to our system or other users' accounts.
- You are prohibited from engaging in fraud or any other behavior that compromises system security.
3. Intellectual Property
- The intellectual property rights to this service and all of its content belong to our Company or its licensors.
- You retain the rights to your original content but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, transferable, sublicensable, royalty-free license to use it to operate, promote, and improve the service.
4. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
- The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
- We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.
5. Dispute Resolution
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan).
- Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Taipei District Court, or you may choose to undergo mediation first.
6. Changes to Terms
- We reserve the right to revise these Terms at any time and will announce and notify you of any revisions 30 days before they take effect.
- If you do not agree with the revisions, you may cancel your subscription and delete your account before the effective date; otherwise, continued use will be considered acceptance.
