ScoreLive 服務條款

「ScoreLive」是由「富澤直播股份有限公司」所經營之應用程式（以下簡稱本服務），並依據本服務條款提供相關服務。當您使用本服務時，即表示您已閱讀、瞭解並同意接受本服務條款之所有內容，故請詳閱本條款內容。另，ScoreLive 運動直播計分板為一款必須透過YouTube平台方能使用的應用程式，您同時必須接受Google與YouTube所規範之服務條款，才能使用本服務，請同時詳閱YouTube Terms Of Services、Google Privacy policy、Google Security Settings條款內容，並管理您的帳戶存取授權範圍。

一、認知與接受條款

ScoreLive 得在不事先通知用戶的情形下，隨時變更本條款及個別使用條款，變更後的本條款及個別使用條款自公布在本公司經營服務內的適當處時起生效，您於任何修改或變更後繼續使用本服務，視為您已閱讀、瞭解並同意接受該等修改或變更。由於本公司不會個別通知用戶相關變更內容，故請您於使用本服務時，隨時參閱最新版本的服務條款及其所適用的個別使用條款。如果您不同意本服務條款的內容，或者您所屬的國家或地域排除本服務條款內容之全部或一部份時，您應立即停止使用本服務。 此外，如用戶是為業者使用本服務時，亦請於該業者同意本條款後，再使用本服務。

• 利用數個分身帳號進行不當行為，影響其他使用者權益；

五、使用權限

您同意ScoreLive得依其判斷因任何理由，包含但不限於一定期間未使用、法院或政府機關命令、本服務無法繼續或服務內容實質變更、無法預期之技術或安全因素或問題、您所為詐欺或違法行為、未依約支付費用，或其他違反本服務條款的明文規定，ScoreLive 得立即關閉、刪除或限制存取您的帳號及您帳號中全部或部分相關資料及檔案，及停止本服務全部或部分之使用權限。

六、用戶責任

• 用戶應自行承擔責任使用本服務，對於在本服務所從事的所有行為及其結果應自行負擔一切責任。
• 本服務認為用戶在違反本條款情形下使用本服務提供的服務時，將採取本服務判斷有必要且適當的措施。但此不代表本服務有義務防止或糾正該等違反情形。
• 起因於用戶使用本服務（包括本公司自第三人處收到原因為該等使用的申訴），致本服務直接或間接蒙受任何損害（包括律師費用的負擔）時，用戶應依照本服務要求立即給予補償。

七、免責聲明

十一、準據法與管轄法院本服務條款之解釋與適用，以及與本服務條款有關的爭議，均以中華民國法律為準據法，並以台灣台北地方法院為第一審管轄法院。
